i just realized i can get pregnant from this...... - March 12th 2010, 04:58 AM

So my boyfriend and I have been fooling around with our underwear on. My question is this: if our genitals come in close contact (like if I sit on his hips), is there a chance of me getting pregnant?

I've heard of pre-ejaculate possibly carrying some sperm, so you can get pregnant from that. But I want to hear your opinions on this....

Meanwhile, I will definitely keep our crotches away from one another. I think my reasoning is sound when I say that any cloth barrier soaked with my/his fluids is no barrier at all....... They really need to come up with "condomwear," (like underwear, only made completely of latex ) specifically for the purpose of dry-humping

Also, I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about when to put on the male condom (before the girl takes off her panties? or is it ok for the penis to be naked as long as it doesn't touch any part of the girl/ girl's genitals?). I am not using a hormonal contraceptive, so I rely on the condom as the only thing preventing the sperm from doing its job lol. I am also pretty paranoid about getting pregnant.

Maybe I should have a pregnancy kit on hand, and use it whenever I feel there was a chance of pregnancy?

Much thanks to whoever dares answer my avalanche of questions!

If you sit on his hips without clothing on, there is a very very slight chance. The precum would have to have enough to travel up a leg and into you.
If you sit on his hips with clothing on, there is a next to nothing chance. Sperm doesn't go through clothing too well. If you were wearing jeans or something, you should be fine.
When condoms go on is different for everyone. Some boyfriend like a little foreplay and so sometimes the condom doesn't go on until later. Personally it doesn't go on until we he is about to dive in.
I think that having a plan B pill is a good backup. HOWEVER, do NOT depend on it for birth control. Also, make sure you don't take it too often. I would only use it is a condom broke or it slipped off and I had unprotected sex.

Low chance. But if you are on his lap and his precum does absorb through both articles of clothing. Then come in contact with the outside of your vaginal area. You could get pregnant. Not very likely though. Sitting on his lap when you are both naked, is just as unlikely as the first one. Except there is a little more chance. It's mostly just if he precums.

Hahaha @ condomwear. That would work. =P

For the condom thing. If he's not precumming then it should not matter. Just before you come in contact with each other and he is erected. I wouldn't say there is a correct time to put one on. Just do it before you come in contact (penis to vagina).

And if it makes you feel better, you could get one of those day after pills, or pregnancy kits. Whatever you like. =)

Be safe! =P

I'll do whatever it takes to be the mistake you can't live without.
