I'm 13 and thinking about dating a 15 year old

So almost a year ago I met a guy at Adventure Land and we developed crushes on each other before we even knew the other's age. He is turning 15 on the 4th of July, and I'm 13. He's not a f*ck boy or anything like that. He's more like the type that's life mainly consists of video games and food. We dated before, but I screwed it up. I was also his first girl friend. Our families are friends, so he's never going to be completely out of the picture. He is so shy that he can't even hold hands with me(yet). Lastly he hasn't dated before because he's flat out ugly, awkward, really sassy, and a geek that loves cats(perfect boyfriend material). Okay I seem immature, but I'm serious when it comes to this, and I wouldn't even think about doing the frick frack with him. So is dating him okay?

If the two of you are comfortable and not breaking the law it is probably okay; my current relationship is also a two year age gap but that is 18 and 20, if he cares about you and like each other then go for it. Should be said though don't do anything that you are uncomfortable with.
