A boy I like

So theres this boy, lets call him E. E is in my LIt, La, SCience, and Music class. We also do Orchestra together. I want to ask him out, but I'm scared. I don't know if E likes me back and I'm scared he'll say no. I just got out of a relationship mainly because I liked him, so I'm scared I'm rushing it, but I feel ready. I made him a bracelet with his name on it and I'm giving it to him tomorrow during Music. I want to ask him then, since I have lessons if he says no I can process it and have time to myself shortly after instead of sitting right next to him. I need advice on how to ask him out though. He flirts with me all the time. He even said this: "You see this word? Wet? That's you right now around me," so he knows I like him, but he knew when he was dating someone, but two months ago they broke up, and I think that he's ready because he's been flirting more again. I'm realizing now that I'm bisexual because this is the only guy I've ever liked, but I REALLY like him...we've almost exchanged ykw pics and flirted so much over discord before. WHILE HE WAS DATING THE OTHER GIRL, M. I really want him...so I think just a simple: "Hey, I still really like you, and I was wondering if you'd maybe wanna...date? It's okay if you say no! But I was just curious! -Rae<3" On a note or something. Any advice would be great!! Thank you so much!!

I think it would be okay to outright tell him. You can say “hey, I’ve liked spending time with you lately and I would love to go out with you/date.” You definitely can say it’s okay if he’s not interested. I like the idea of doing it at a time where you’ll have time to process if he says no!

I'm just really nervous because my ex is trying to convince me that's the way he is with all his female friends...but this just feels so much different. He's making me insecure of telling him and trying to force me to dress in a certain way and wear certain things to make "E happy" apparently. But no matter what, Idc, I'm asking him tmrw.

Hello, when you like someone it can be hard talking to them about it or saying how you feel to them. The next time you are alone together just talk about how you feel and ask to do something together, hang out, go see a movie or something else. Good luck with this.
