- Hey My Names brooke ive been a member of teenhelp for about 3 years now and it has helped me come through many problems and i wouldnt be here if it wasnt for TH
i have came very far since joining TH i have overcome drug and alcohol problems and suicide idelation and im always more able to cope with my diagnosis of complex post traumatic stress disorder... ive also came this far with help from my counsellor, sister, hospital admissions, carers and also from making mistakes...
i am glad to be alive majority of the time i still struggle with self-harm and suicide thoughts but am no longer a suicide risk and self-harm is my only issue that i still have to work on....
but i am willing to help anyone who is willing to try ive had alot of different experiences and have came through them even though at times i should of died and i wana help people who are also struggling....
