No worries about the late reply! I'm doing okay, I think. I can't help but to wait for the other shoe to drop and that's a habit I have to get out of. I'm going to the gym today to do arms with my friend and then have to clean the guinea pig cage. I hope that you're able to get back running soon if your carers are able to take a step back. I'm listening to an audiobook right now and I'm having a hard time focusing. I definitely prefer physical books but the library only had it in audio form. Do you prefer audiobooks or regular?

I’m so sorry for the late reply. So much has been going on. How are you doing? I hope you’re ok? That would be amazing if exercising didn’t hur and make us all sweaty. I’d defiantly be more inclined to engage in it then gaga! I don’t know if I’ll manage the couch to 5k but years ago I used to love running and really would like to get into it again when my carers take a bit of a step back and I feel more confident although I imagine it’s gunna be tough.sorry you’re case manager cancelled on you. And thanks for saying you like the photos! Bless you, thank you so so much - that’s so kind of you. Please know the same always goes to you also; I’m always a message away. Lots of love xx

Thanks! I know exercise is SUPPOSED to hurt because that's how you built new muscle and all that, but WHY does that have to be the case? Why can't we feel magical after a hard workout and not sore and sweaty That sounds cool to do a couch to 5K! I could never, lol. I had an asthma attack while trying to speed walk during a parade I was walking in so I'd be scared I'd go down My case manager canceled on me today. We were going to call the billing department today. Love the photos! If you ever want to reach out you can message me as well. I'm usually around, or at least not gone for long.

Well, well done for doing it anyway! That’s a huge achievement! The effort you put in is amazing! I used to do running and after breaks, getting back up started was always the hardest but! I wouldn’t mind running again and when I’m a bit more independent I would like to do the couch to 5k I think. I hope you get the bill situation sorted, must be frustrating! I can imagine you’re scared with living of disability too I really hope it all gets sorted out- you’ll have to keep me updated lovely. Yes I did! They’re on my fb! I’m glad minus the bill thing you’ve been doing okay. And hope it continues. If you’re ever struggling please know I’m always a message away and that you’re never alone in anything.

I'm bad at exercise even though I try to do it enough haha. Leg day is especially hard for me and I'm sore for days. It definitely is hard work in the beginning though. I think getting started is the hardest part! Start small if you want to, though. You don't have to be perfect all at once. I thought I sorted the bill situation out...and then I got another bill. So my case manager and I are going to keep working on it by calling the patient billing department, and then probably my insurance company too. I'm really scared because I get disability and it's not enough to live on, let alone pay medical bills. I'm also scared that I'll have to stop going to group therapy and getting my meds managed at the same place if things truly aren't covered, and I don't know what I'd do then. Did you get any pictures of the animals? I hope you're able to get more rest. I've been okay minus the bill thing. I've felt pretty decent, which is a shock for me.

Oh it’s cool that you friend wants to be an instructor and even cooler than that got you going and got you in to it and now you love it! I can imagine a full body work out hurt - it would hurt me! I’m so bad with exercise - oops! I do a lot of walking and when physically able to swimming but that’s it. I love yoga so really should get back in to it but I also know it’s going to be hard work at the beginning until I get back into it which drains me to just think about! I always have good ideas but starting them exhausts me, even just thinking about them makes me tired! Aw having three Guinea pigs is cute and what cute names! I’m sorry about the ones that passed. Did you manage to sort the bill situation out? Sorry this message is a lil late! The farm really helped cheer me up, especially the goats and highland cows! I live highland cows! They’re all so cute! Yes we got to pet all the animals which was lovely! How are you doing today? I hope you’re okay. I’ve barely slept the past few nights so feeling very tired! Hope you’re having a good weekend x

Zumba can be hard when you're first starting out but then when you go more you get used to the different moves that they do. It can be scary at first but it's worth it! I only started going because my friend wanted to be an instructor so I went to support her, and then I fell in love! I'm not really an exercise person either but I do try to go with my other friend as well to work on different muscle groups. Yesterday I did a full body routine with her and my thighs hurt so bad haha. I've kind of wanted to start yoga but it makes me nervous because I'm not flexible at all. I have three guinea pigs! I have Bagel With Strawberry Cream Cheese, Choccy Milk, and Waffle! I used to have French Toast and Pancake but unfortunately they passed. This week is anxiety inducing because I got a bill from the place I go for group and I didn't think I should have a bill because of the insurance I have. My case manager is trying to help me figure it out but in the meantime I'm panicking! How has yours been? I hope the farm helped cheer you up a bit. Did you get to pet some of the animals? You can message me any time as well

Maybe I should try Zumba! Not gunna lie I’m definitely not an exercise girly haha although I do love swimming and wouldn’t mind starting yoga again which I used to loveeeee. I did used to love going to the gym but went once last year with my carers and was soooo bored lol. Good on you though! I find it so much motivation to work out. It takes hours for me to even move! Aww do you have a guinea pig?? What’s their name? I’m glad things have been a little better. How’s this week going for you so far? I’m sorry you struggled over the weekend. You have me in FB so feel free to message me anytime if you need to talk or vent or even just want a distraction. I’ve been struggling a bit but went to the farm with my carer today and I needed it so much, it really helped so I’m feeling very grateful.

Zumba is the only form of exercise I've done until recently when I've started using other gym equipment with my friend. It is kind of adaptable in ways, such as doing squats instead of burpees and things like that. I got the air conditioners put in my bedroom window and the guinea pig's window so it's not as bad, but it's soo gross. This week isn't as bad as a few weeks ago so far. My week is okay. I struggled over the weekend so I'm just trying to stay optimistic. How has yours been?

I’m soooo sorry for the late reply. How are you doing? I’m glad your allergies seem a bit bigger now and medication appears to help! I’d be heartbroken if I couldn’t be around cats - they’re sooooo cute and cuddly, well most anyway!! Zumba sounds fun! I’d love to do it but I can imagine it’s exhausting and don’t think I’m fit enough haha, but good on you!! How have you been coping with the heat? It’s gotten a lil cooler here at the moment. Last week it was very hot and sticky, nice! How’s your week going?
