Unfortunately, TeenHelp's Legal Statements (located in the Terms of Services) states the following:

The user understands that TeenHelp does not remove the user's account or content in the eventuality that the user regrets submitting it.

You can always just create a new account, and stop accessing your old one. =) Or, if you no longer want to be a member of TeenHelp, just stop accessing the site altogether.
