Hmm, that definitely seems more reasonable and sensible. Before, when it was a case of having to answer so many requests per week, it would often be the case where you would feel forced to respond to a topic that you had very little knowledge on. I like the new system and shall apply sometime this week. Thanks again.

You're welcome! =) We've actually made a shift with regard to minimum requirements for Staff members. We now ask that Staff be available for at least 5 hours per week so they can perform their duties/responsibilities. This allows for more flexibility within Staff, so if you wanted to spend some of your time responding to HelpLINK requests and some of your time assisting in other ways (e.g., greeting new members in the Chat Room, responding to threads in the Forums, writing for the Articles Team), then you'd be allowed to do so! =D

Hi Robin! That means a lot coming from you, so first of all thank you. I am considering applying for staff (possibly HelpLINK Mentor?), but am not sure what the commitments for the role are now.
