We used to have those titles (or at least the first two), but they were changed a while back to reflect what each Staff member actually does within their role. It makes sense, because you would do that with a real-life organization ("director" is too vague - you need to specify what s/he is the director of within the organization).

I was in Hawaii! =D As for the features, without going into much detail, it's what you would typically expect of a forum system. Essentially, tools that allow you to complete actions that regular Moderators might not be able to.

I won't "bug" you with infractions unless you deserve them... and I certainly hope it'll never come to that!
