Hey there! =) Like other officers on TeenHelp, I'm in charge of handling a certain section of the website. In this case, I handle many volunteer-related issues, mostly for existing volunteer staff members. Some of the things I do are handle staff leave requests, internal staff applications, and revisions to the existing policies/procedures. I'm also available to answer any volunteer-related questions, whether it's someone who's thinking about joining staff, or an existing staff member who isn't sure what to do.
