I think delaware plans for 10. and snow in delaware hahah well the weather here is.... unpredictable haha we either get like 5 in of snow allll year... or well get 2+ feet of snow every few weeks... hmm last year we got like 4+ feet of snow, we were under a state of emergency for a week, most of the state lost power, Dover air force base was evacuated of all un-needed personal and of all planes (which is pretty sucky cues Dover handles all KIA with all the branches of the military, which means all the dead soldiers had be sent god knows where).... but yeah, we get snow
