    Sing, Run, Act, Go for a walk, Watch TV, Do school work, exercise, yell, rant in front of a mirror, listen to positive music, shake it out. Think abut what happened and accept it, you don't need to punish yourself for things. Shitty stuff happens, but we have to keep fighting
