I used this one for the Scottish elections that someone posted on facebook. There's also the Political Compass application on fb, but that ones more for Westminster parties (which might be the one you're thinking of).

And just vote Greens, they're the best imo. You can see various parties' manifestos on their websites, but they're to be taken with a hint of salt, reading-between-the-lines etc.
You can also get various online quizes/vote compasses that work out which party's ethos reflects your own personal views. I did one for the Scottish elections and I got "51% Scottish Greens, 37% SNP, 15% LibDems -5% Scottish Labour, -50% Scottish Conservatives"....bit surprise there xD.
