    I also have depression, panic attacks, mood disorder un specific, borderline, mild ptsd from a pet death and intrusive thoughts OCD.

    Gosh Im really tramatized by therapist im staring to cry at just the thought your a therapist and replying ot me . No please dont stop replying to me Im not saying that. I had a therapist that hurt me very badly }: she gave up on me soooobbbbbbbbb. Hard time ever since she gave up on me finding another therapsit I really hate therapist there reallly un carringggg. Found one there meannn there alll forcing family therapy will not let me just do individual therapy }:

    It's a journal / book that has a few essays (well they call them that its actually just a collection of a problems) talking about psychological problems. For example the man who mistook his wife for a hat, or the woman who lost all of her proprioception.

    I'd assume you know what these terms mean though... it's an interesting read
