    Yes, IGNOU and ICAI have an MOU (Memorandum of understanding) which allows CA students to appear for what is called 'Special Bcom'.
    This should be able to help you understand it better. You could also call the IGNOU office and ask them. I also heard Chennai University has something similar.


    But, this MOU degree is valid only after the completion of CA.
