    Hey,

    My name's Keaton, and I'm 15. Not much to say, but here it is. I spent 9 years in and out of therapy, and 5 in and out of group homes/behavioral treatment centers. I'm here to help, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
    I'm the creator and writer of RiggedSystem. It's a personal/therapeutic blog designed to help kids/teens in DHS and/or CPS, although it can be useful to anyone who struggles with mental health. Keep in mind that the blog is not meant to replace an actual therapist.
