Yay, you are still online LOL. Hahaha yeah, days that don't involve work can be some of the best days out LOL. Note to self, use a pencil next time LOL.
You should definitely get into it. I loooooooooooooooovvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee training, it is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome and especially the endorphins you feel afterwards, they make you happy, such a good feeling.
I do weights though, weights isn't for everyone. Walking can actually be a good workout LOL, especially if you are walking at an incline. Yeah, cardio is soooooooooooooooo hard. I am a healthy guy, but I cannot do cardio for shit LOL. I used to be in loooooooooooooooovvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee with it and then I stopped .
