I think my listening skills are probably better than my speaking and writing. That's probably because I am much more of an aural learner, so I can hear something and make a more immediate connection in my head whereas if I'm speaking or writing, sometimes I have to pause a moment to retrieve a word. I think my pronunciation is pretty good, though!

Had been what? 2 months since my last cut. About 3 weeks since my last binge. But I lost it today, I mean really lost it.
