Can't continue

I can't continue living like this... There is no point living... The past week has been my hardest in a long time and I just want to give up. I'm barely getting 3 hours of sleep and I just want to go into a permanent eternal slumber. Not like anyone would miss me for more than a few days... Most of the people that tell me to continue and move forward, they know what it's like to feel like I do... You know how much I want to give up, how much I want to hurt myself, how much I just don't want to continue, you know how that feels, so why should I continue when you all want to give up? You tell me that things will get better, but if you honestly believed that, would you have come to TeenHelp in the first place?

Sweetie, people come here weather they think things will get better or not.
I came here to help people like you, though I have my own problems, I have a purpose. And that purpose is to help people who are just like me.

You have a purpose too.
What that is, you'll have to find out for yourself but I must say that there is light at the end of this awful tunnel.

I know how you feel, the sleepless nights, the unnerving urge to just end it and never look back.

But you have to fight it. Fate puts us through things as a test of faith. And whatever you have faith in, fate tests you to see if you know how strong you are. Fate tests you to make you stronger, to make you see what you're not aware of.

And one day, you will realize that life is so beautiful. That there is a point.

One day, you will see that there is a reason.

Stay strong and please don't do anything to hurt yourself, love.
