Laura came over again today. And again, it was good - though I made her promise not to get grumpy about it later, because last night around midnight she went all emo and depressed.
I did all my exercise stuff again today, except not as much ab work, and used lighter weights to get the range of motion flowing freely. Also, through copious amounts of walking, managed 17,406 steps. I'm in shock, that's nearly double what you *need* to do and I don't feel at all bad about it.

Ailin is very cute lol. He's been cuddly as. Louise came over to catch up and stuff, she got some bananas (om nom nom) because apparently I need to eat more fruit (I knew this but it was still nice of her). She also got a little can of fancy feast for Ailin. He loved it and has been very friendly and cuddly ever since I gave it to him. Happy kitten.

Laura came over. It was better than expected, though it often is where she's concerned. I walked to pick her up, then we walked back...

Exercise stooffs - possibly triggering?

4x sets of 25 each uppers, lowers, on back, sides and front.
4x sets of ~15 wide arms press ups from knees.
3x sets of 6 of each a bunch of a dumbell exercises I can't remember the names of.

It took me around an hour. It didn't feel like enough, but I couldn't remember any more and I was running out of steam. I guess I'll do it again tomorrow. I have to.

Me and Laura pretty much broke up. It's very confusing...

At least Ailin's happy. He's being purry across my lower stomach-ish region.

We kinda broke up. I was mad that she told my brother about my overdraft, so I said if she had no excuse for it, she should leave. She didn't even bother to try and excuse it. So she's gone now.

She took Spider. I was annoyed, I wanted Spider to stay. I'm scared Ailin will get lonely without him. Spider's going to a house that already has two cats so there's no chance he'll be lacking feline company,...

I regret going to my sister's birthday. Sure we had good food, but it made me sick later. And Laura keeps getting mad at me for stuff I said there.

I have still been doing the exercise thing, same stuff each time, twice a day when I remember. Although the days have no clear line separating them. There's no work to go to, no university to study at, just endless, endless, at home wishing things would change. Just a small change, just someone to take the risk and hire...
