Stoooooooffs!!!

20x wide arms press ups (from my knees lmao)
20x uppers front
20x lowers front
20x uppers right
20x lowers right
20x uppers left
20x lowers left
20x uppers back
20x lowers back

Total of ~50 skips. ~17 double jump, ~30 single jump.
I was aiming for a much larger amount of skips, then I discovered that: 1. My bra is not supportive and 2. Nor was my bladder at that time for some reason.
So I gave it up as a bad job.

Eventually I'd love to be able to do planche press ups, but I don't think that's happening any time in the near future.
I'll be working on the press ups until I can do all 5 standard variations from my toes and around 50 of each.
Abs - the work is fairly standard but I'm going to add mids soon, as well as some v-sits, maybe snaps, and holds.
For abs I'm simply waiting to gain some more endurance before working it up to 50 of each, i already have the strength, but I don't desire diarrhea.
