How is everyone’s mental health today?
My anxiety is being problematic lately and I’ve been tired all the time. So I’d give my mental health a 6-7 out of 10.

The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through

I'm doing pretty good right now, actually. There are a few things that are causing some stress but I've been managing it well, so I'd say I'm at about 7 or 8 currently.

New job orientation and training and trying to figure out schedules for 2 jobs plus mandatory extra crap has my anxiety through the roof, so I'll go with 4-5. Hopefully, it'll come down

Generally I feel quite positive so 8/10 there. But I have something on my mind and it's preventing me from relaxing on my day off, so maybe 6/10 in that regard.

Today I’m at a 5 or 6. I broke something important at my job and haven’t told my boss yet because my coworker said she’d email maintenance and I’m hoping they can fix it. :/
