Drank nearly a whole bottle (16.9 oz) of water.  I've been trying to drink more water and eat less food!

Last night I finished a school project and hung out with my best friends for hours.
Today I went to my interview for the entertainment industry and didn't get nervous - I had confidence, made eye contact with the interviewer, and had enthusiasm while reading the line I had to read in front of the camera. I only messed up one word!

Surviving 8 months out of the hospital without needing to go back - I haven't seriously thought of suicide for over 8 months.

i guess i technically did some of this yesterday, but...
-applied to go back to school
-submitted fafsa
-filled out a majority of a job application
-sent a lengthy email that i'd been putting off
-did my best to take care of myself even when i didn't/don't feel like it.
