Three good things about today

I am getting sushi
I didn't freak out today
Today is Thursday so I only have to get through tomorrow and I am free

3. which means I can play video games without being stressed that I'm playing even though I shouldn't lol

Got approved to move forward dwoth that job.. It's more money but I'm not sure I want it.
I kept my percentage high
I napped instead of harming myself.

Today's my last day of work till next Wednesday. I get six days off including weekends.
I have homework to do. It was stressing me out yesterday but I'm excited to do it tonight. It will give me something to keep busy with and shouldn't be hard.
Tomorrow we are celebrating my nephews birthday and then I leave for the trip on Friday.

Vacation started today
I finished an audiobook (finally)
I got all my home except for the reading done.

1. My friend and I came up with a brilliant idea for a play that I'm supposed to write and he'll direct it
2. It's Friday and I've got next 3 weeks free <3 <3
3. Which means I'll have unlimited time for everything I want to do!

Some alone time at the hotel
Decent food
A decent trip to the state park

No work
I'm home

3. Everything has tangled up even more, but I hope it has to get worse first to get better in the end

I slept well last night.
Listening to my audiobook is helping with my anxiety.
Coming back to work was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be.

1. I received a message from my powerlifting captain this morning asking if I was able to compete for the team, would I. Naturally I said yes!
2. I decided to take part on the powerlifting photoshoot because of it. Originally I wasn't going to go. I'm really glad I did.
3. I took part in my martial arts photoshoot despite not turning up for ages.

1. I'm back home.
2. I've played video games today.
3. I'm feeling okay.

The weeks almost over
I'm getting better at this
I got through the anxiety I was feeling this morning

1. I went swimming today.
2. I saw my therapist.
3. I talked to my father.

It's Friday.
I finished 2 Audiobooks

Getting to relax after a rough week

I got off at 2pm
I was able to get a decent amount of stuff done
My psychiatry appointment went well enough

Today marks the beginning of my weekend.
I went out for a brief stroll and got coffee.
I was happy with the number I saw on the scale.

I am feeling better

Tomorrow I have a short day at work

It's Tuesday and I have class
I am getting through the things I need without too much issue
Today hasn't been as bad as I thought it would.

I got some time off today which was nice given my stress and recent triggers

3) I had a chat with someone about something that was bothering me
