I've gotten quite a bit done so far today... Went to the building society and then the bank (to transfer some funds), sent off a parcel, topped up my Oyster card, bought train tickets for next week, returned a hairdryer, oh and got accepted as a volunteer in a lovely primary school. 
In about 45 minutes, Jason's picking me up and then we're going back to his for 24 hours or so.
