Non-PG13: I'm 13 in like twenty days and desperate for advice as I'm concerned about my prostate and can't tell my parents

I've been masturbating since I was around ten maybe, and have used porn often since I was 11. When I first masturbated I kinda just started doing it by looking at porn for a while by myself when I was again, around 10 I think (maybeee early 11, but I think around 10). But after I masturbated to porn on my first session, I rarely watched porn while doing so until I hit puberty at eleven which is when I first ejaculated. When I was late 11 occasionally reaching climax burned a little and I was less sexually educated then so I just ignored it mostly. Nobody in my real life knows I watch porn and/or masturbate, and I wanna keep it that way and I have had no need to tell ANYONE. So far 12 has been my most hormonal age overall and let me tell you; I'm REALLY horny. I almost always masturbate 2-4 times a day usually to porn and I haven't been that concerned until a few months ago. Climax usually burns VERY strongly, peeing is difficult and sprays weirdly, I have PPP (natural), I feel intense pressure/pain/throbbing near the area of my rectum after climax, and I no longer have a penis frenlum (banjo string) from years of wear and tear from irresponsible masturbation. Thats right. No. Frenlum. The area where the frenlum once was just looks like the rest of my penis shaft, with a little of it being visible at the frenlums lowest point and a tiny thin scar near (but I don't think connected to the hole) the uretheral opening. And although this sounds bad you can't really tell that much at all without actually observing it. It's hard to tell if my penis is red or not from excessive masturbating but I don't think it is. Also I don't think I really feel any pain WHILE masturbating or WHILE I'm erect, my penis is totally sexually compatible. I occasionally masturbate too vigouroslly and rip the skin on the shaft a tiny bit but it always heals. I am NOT in the mental state to tell any of my family I masturbate, and I can't tell my pediatrician because my parents ALWAYS know what we talk about, as well as hear what we talk about. Like anyone knowing I masturbate causes mental anxiety and I'm just mentally incapable of telling anyone, even if my fertility is at stake. I hear that too much sex/masturbating can cause prostatitis, which I could have, and can resolve itself if I give masturbation a break. For a few days I tried to give up my masturbation/porn addiction but on the first attempt I failed. The next day I promised myself I would fight the urges and ended up only masturbating once that day, far below my average! Yesterday I succesfully went an entire day without masturbating, and today I'm going to sleep soon and reach day two of no masturbation. I'm now in a mental state to fight the urges, but I feel like a withdrawl peroid too long will eventually force me to masturbate again because I'll lose my motivation to stop if I don't find an answer too my problems. I've also experienced these symptoms for a while so if I have prostatitis it might be chronic. Definately can't take antibiotics without prescription. Can anyone give me advice or make me feel better about this before I possibly get very sick, or lose my fertilility?[/size][/color][/font]

I had a similar situation. I don't think there's something wrong... yet.
I think it's an infection. Tell it to your doctor first to be sure, but your glans can told you if something is wrong becoming really red inside when you pee.

I know you don't want to tell your pediatrician, but since you are experiencing pain and redness it is probably a good idea to go. Maybe you can ask them to keep it confidential because you are embarrassed and don't want your parents to know that you are masturbating so much. Your parents also don't have to be in the room with you when you are getting examined. Maybe you can let your parents know that you are experiencing this redness and having a hard time peeing, but that you don't know why it's happening so you want to get it checked. That way, you're not telling them about the masturbation. They could think it's a UTI or something similar and not connect it to the masturbation. But, the reason I say that you should go see your pediatrician is because you don't want it to get worse if it IS an infection. That could turn dangerous fast.

It's great that you recognize that your masturbation is becoming a problem. Masturbation is definitely a normal activity and is healthy for most, but when it gets addictive or you start to hurt yourself, that's when it becomes a problem. It's good that you're trying to masturbate less to stop from harming yourself. Do you think it might help if you installed a child block on your computer? Of course you'd know the password, but when you try going to a porn site and it's blocked it may be a reminder of why you installed the child block in the first place. When you get the urge to masturbate you can also do something to distract yourself, especially things that burn energy like exercising, or even playing intense video games.

I'm the original poster and unfortunately I forget to mention some of the things I experience in this thread because of how stressed I was when I was typing and I didn't read it after I posted... It is that I don't think it is a urinary tract infection because of the seemingly obvious connections to my reproductive tract... The only thing that is like a UTI is when I pee it is kinda difficult and it comes out irregularly and I get random urges to urinate, sometimes too often. My urine also smells really bad strongly... I smell it whenever it comes out and I think that could just be the smell of urine but strong, but I like to say to myself that it smells strongly of sex and despair and I'm not even joking when I say that. It does. The substance that comes out when I ejaculate is irregular. My semen very often clots (I think it is called that) which is when a very thick pure white non transparent gel forms at the tip immediately after ejaculating which is only supposed to happen occasionally I hear. The substance that comes out while ejaculate is often the texture of the clot semen (very very thick), or a little closer to normal with strands or specks of very thick semen in it, and sometimes only a tiny bit comes out and sometimes there is globs of gel like cum in it. I feel like this could just be me being early in purberty stages so my sperm is not mature but I am still worried about that but my cum used to be normal looking but when I first ejaculated it was just clear. You're getting into your teenage years so I think it's only fair that you expect privacy from now on! Maybe let them know you want to start having more privacy to make your own medical decisions, and there are just things that you want to talk about that are personal? Like I said, I know that you're scared but since you're experiencing pain and abnormal urination it's really worth going to the doctor.
