Strange behaviour of my boyfriend - July 10th 2017, 04:46 PM

He is always texting with someone on his iphone. He never lets me touch his phone. Is there any way to spy on his phone and find out what is he hiding from me?

Before you go that route I would try talking to him. If he catches you trying to get into his phone or spying, he may lose a lot of trust in you, which is not the way to go. Instead maybe you can sit down with him somewhere private on a day when he is in a relatively good mood, and try to explain to him why his behavior is concerning to you? Try to use I statements such as "I feel," rather than accusing, such as "You always..."

Spying is never the way to go. Relationships are built on trust. If your trust in your boyfriend is faltering then your relationship is faltering. I agree with Dez: before you try and spy your boyfriend or get into his phone you should have an honest and direct talk with him, face-to-face. I also agree with the importance of claiming your thoughts and feelings using "I" statements, such as "I feel..." instead of "You make me feel/think..."

Hope this works. If you need more advice feel free to PM me.
