Hey everyone, sorry for not being online for such a long time. Due to my dad being ill following a stroke and being of work for a month, I haven't had the opportunity to be online. Although it has been a stressful time for us all we have all made it through the over side well. I would also like to say a huge thank you to all the support I have had on coming a community mentor, it really has meant a lot to me. I promise I will be online a lot more from now. David

As one of my first articles for TeenHelp, and really wanting to impress everyone, I thought I would start with something very close to my heart.

I have the believe that everyone no matter their status or religion or even if they are straight or gay has the right to do whatever they want with life whatever that maybe. However, there is one way around it if you can’t afford it. GPs can refer you to it meaning that you don’t pay for any of the treatment given to you because it is paid for by the NHS which however means you have to push a lot to be given the treatment as they are not very willing. It can save you a lot of money however saying that if...

Home life can be challenging at times because of all the changes that will need to be made to help you make yourself better. However people at home may not be as accepting to the changes as you are so it is important that you can respect.

Don’t be surprised of you find that people do get a bit moody towards you for a while. This is perfectly normal as it can be hard for people to accept the changes that you are going to have to make. The best piece of advice that I can give on the...
