On the inside of your arm, just below the elbow, i think thats a nice place to get a tattoo, and can easily be covered.

I doubt very much that its infected. Its more than likely bleeding a bit cause of sleeping on it.
Realistically, piercings can take months to heal. Just keep it clean and it will heal completely...

Its up to you if you want run risk of:
a. Getting a shit tattoo
b. Catching infection from unsterile...

Apparently you can be any age now to get a tattoo... I dont know if thats right though. The place I go to said you have to be 16 to get one on your own, any earlier they would want parental consent....

I was taught RE ins chool. But we only learnt about Sikhism. We touched on Islam and Chrstianity, but I think a wider spectrum of religion should be taught, Buddhism for example.
