This used to be one of my favourite threads. We've had a couple of iterations (here and here) so check those out if you're confused.
The essence of the game is to "ban" the person above you for a ridiculous reason.
For example:
Person 1: I ban you for having a quote in your signature.
Person 2: I ban you because you're not a teenager anymore.
The process continues ad infinitum. Have fun.
