I saw this on another site awhile ago. Basically, you ban the person above you for a stupid reason.
Example:
Person 1: I ban the person above me for hating kittens.
Person 2: I ban the person above me for loving kittens.
Only they don't necessarily have to go together like that. That would just be weird. xD
