The platform has changed since you were last on staff, so some of the procedures have changed as well (e.g., how to properly end a call or log out). Feel free to PM me if you have additional questions after reading the updated training manual! =)

Hey! Aww thanks, you're kinda awesome too! :P Yeahh, I loiter around the forums a lot Uhh, I was on staff once. I did LiveHelp way back. I've thought about it, but I think that when I'm 'committed' to it, I'll slack off a bit :P Ahaa, it'll be lovely to get to know you too!

I don't believe I've ever said this before... but you're kinda awesome, and it'd be cool to get to know you better. =D I see you alllll the time in R&D, but we've never spoken one-on-one. D= Your advice is amazing AND you don't sugar-coat it... ever thought about joining staff? =P
