It was alright. It was really hot though... And I have a lot of homework. AND teenhelp is never working when I try to get on how are you?

Unfortunately it's not that kind of course. I won't get a qualification out of it, it's mainly to help teach me to work better with myself. I do have a lot of stress and depression management techniques of my own but I think learning some new ones will be good.
