Sometimes it's just the feeling of rejection that hurts. It does fade after a while.

It may be a good idea to find out why she wanted to split with you. Just splitting with someone without a reason is a little unfair and doesn't allow you a chance to fix it. Understandably it might not be what she wanted but it's still good to ask her why and just ask her to be honest. But make sure you're prepared for the answer, until then, try not to assume the reason. Always ask.

It's good! I'm enjoying it a lot although I get very tired because it's physically taxing. How's your week been?

Not bad. Just relaxing today. I haven't had the chance to be around much during the week because of work except for very early in the mornings.

Nothing, just a headache. Probably spent too much time at my computer.
