I bought him loads of sweet stuff (aka candy in America) to last him a while and a good torch but that's not exactly exciting. I know he likes car things but then, I can't exactly buy him a new engine for his car...

Yeah, even my brother has more than my uncle. I feel really bad and hope someone else is gonna make up for it in some way. I was going to buy everyone some really simple things but one more expensive gift but I ended up buying my mum 2 expensive gifts, my brother 2 expensive gifts and my uncle some kind of expensive gift and a bunch of sweet things because he tends to have a rather sweet tooth. So while my mum has loads of nice stuff along with my brother, he's gonna be stuck looking like I didn't care. :/
