I've just had another breakdown. Over something stupid. My school's National Honor Society offers scholarships but apparently my essay was bad. If I don't redo my essay for this scholarship application by Monday I will get rejected for it. Second rejection I've gotten on a scholarship and I haven't even heard back from the rest.

Then there's the stress of graduation being soon, and having to say a speech so that adds to my breakdown. Plus we have to present senior portfolios soon.

Plus the fact that I am coming down with a cold, have a splitting headache, and have my period (my period always makes my moods so much worse). All leading me to a breakdown in the middle of class.

I have college orientation on the 25th.

Then even the fact I turned eighteen on the third is stressing me out. My friend called me a bit before midnight that day to wish me a happy birthday and I started crying a little.

The fact that college is coming soon and I don't feel prepared.

Yesterday the suicidal thoughts came back. I want to cut or die or something.

Welp, I cut.

Dez, there are a lot of things coming at you all at once and it makes sense that you would be overwhelmed. However, it is important to remember that you will make it through this. Just take all these things one obstacle at a time and you will get there.

What about college don't you feel prepared for? The truth is you can only prepare so much and the rest you just have to let happen. I know that is kind of scary but in the end you will make it through. College can be stressful but it can also be really awesome as well. I think the best thing you can do is try and enjoy the experience.

If you need anything I am here.
