My head of sixth form got really worried again that I was going to kill myself and rung psychological wellbeing so that they would move my appointment forward. She told me that I needed to speak to them or they were going to 'come and get me'/

I kept telling her I was fine, I don't want to speak to these people, I don't want to have to be here and waste people's time.

I need to die >_<

    Okay, few points:

    1) the fact that your head of sixth form cared enough to take time out of her own day to ring these people, shows that she cares and wants you to get better, no matter what it takes.
    2) Your appointment being moved forward is a GOOD thing. You're getting help that a lot of people don't get. I know it might be hard, but appreciate it for what it's worth, which is a lot. You're lucky, and it might help. The fact that they might 'come and get you', means they're serious about helping you out. At least try it.
    3) IF she's worried, and you say you're fine, it wont stop her worrying. My friend the other night was crying in the bathroom, telling me she was fine. It's not hard to tell otherwise.
    4) You're wasting nobody's time, because you are worth the time and the effort.
    5) You do not need to die. You're alive to live, not to die. Plus, we all die one day anyway. You might as well live until you do, right?

I love you and I care about you. You have the strength to get through this. <3

Hey there. So I am a little late in my response, cause well. I am really bad at reading people's blogs. however. I still want you to know that you are worth every bit of these people's help. Every bit of it. The fact that she cared enough to call says something about the person she is. Take this and use it. It could be a huge step forward sweets. <3
