Hello everybody,
Due to ongoing problems with our email functions I am pleased to announce the launch of a temporary HelpLINK system, which is now live and active.
If you need help from our Mentors please visit our new system and submit requests for help. The new system works in the same way that HelpLINK did before. You submit your issue through a form to be received by our Mentors. Once our Mentors have had time to review your request for help you will receive 1-3 detailed answers to your problem.
Responses will normally be sent to you via PM, unless you aren't registered on the site in which case you may receive responses via email as before.
