I cut at college last night, a week ago some little fat specky kid and i were talking and he was declaring his love for my roomate and was complimenting on how gorgeous and beautiful she looked infact i'll roleplay it out;

Specky Git: I mean see Suzanne? She's fucking gorgeous and beautiful but i would never tell her that incase she thinks i'm a bit full on but see you, your not pretty..

Specky Git: What i mean is your not the best looking, i feel sorry for you.

I kinda just put it to the back of my mind and joked about it with my classmates but last night we were seriously discussing it and all my friends kept saying that he was disgusting to say to me and that i'm actually really pretty etc. so when the conversation got serious i started to get seriously upset because my way of coping is just to make joke after joke after joke so i went up to my dormitory afterwards, looked in the mirror and cut.

Luckily it's cold so i'm always covering my arms up but my roomate and one of they 4 guys she's sleeping with seen it and i don't want it being spread around. They already know i have SH in the past due to the severe scars on my arms.

I just feel really shitty and low, i mean my second week in college and i've cut already?

Cutting is hard to get over. A lot of things trigger people, and it's hard to resist the urge to do it. It can be done though. Don't look at this as a failure, just keep your head up, and don't listen to what that asshole said.
