I'm sat here staring at my scarred arms and thinking about how I don't need (or want) anymore scars that I have to hide from my family, coworkers, and patients.

I made a post on tumblr saying for every note it got, I would go a day without self-harming. It got 78 notes, so that's my goal.

The thing I've been doing all this time is postponing it, telling myself if i need to do it that i'll wait and hour or so and see if i still need to do it. Then suicidal thoughts come along, so it's not really working anymore. idk guess cuttings better then death...

I was so pissed at my "friend" last night, but instead of cutting I went for a long walk and listened to angry music. I didn't want to give her the satisfaction of hurting me.
