My goal of today is to breath.Stop panicking and take deep breaths to avoid a panic attack. Only a few more hours till the next day begins and i can start afresh. Difficult days are going to come but i gotta keep going x
Okay, more goals for today. I have a time limit of 2 and a half hours - 3hours maximum:
1. Quickly clean my room, sort out my desk, and organise books and folders.
2. Make the eating plan I discussed with F today (with the intention of following it)
3. Finish off my study timetable which i started off on today.
4. And IF i feel upto it and i have enough time i will make a start on my reflection diary, which is going to start off with the note i showed F this afternoon.
Tomorrows goals are:
1. Laundry
2. Quick wardrobe clean
3. Buy printer ink from Argos before i get home

I'm always here if anyone wants to talk.

Completed yesterdays goals way ahead of my time limit but didnt do any of todays. I changed my mind in the morning. My one goal was to just get through the day.
Tomorrow i have a day off so i am going to be completing all the tasks i should have done today, and more..
1.Laundry
2. Quick wardrobe clean
3. Buy some printer ink (if i go out or get time)
4. Go out before 12pm for a morning walk, and then a run (Have got to start off with a slow-paced gentle walk then the run)
5. Start off my reflection diary because i didnt do that the other day.
6.Make the list that D talked to me about last friday
7.Continue with the topic discussed with F that i started off today.
8. Sort my life out :l

Survive school.
MAYBE start any homework I get. If not, I have over a week to get it done so whatever, I'll end up doing it by Tuesday.
Have fun with my niece!

Use instructor's book I borrowed for my paper so I can give it back tonight.

What lies ahead is unknown. However, in some times, I've sighted several smooth pavements. I myself am the mender of roads, and it is with these we work on.

Make it through my shift at work without quitting or yelling at someone, pregnancy mood swings makes that challenging.
