I usually go through periods of reading everything I can get my hands on, and then I'll stop for a while. The last thing I read was for school - The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail. Ooh, but Sarah Dessen has a new book coming out in June that I'd like to read.

I used to read constantly... I don't know what happened, but I'd love to start reading more often again.
Currently, I'm reading Submarine by Joe Dunthorne.

Started The Catcher in the Rye a little bit ago. It's an ok book, although not my favorite. Holden Caulfield is a good character, but... ehhhhh, I can't really connect with him.

I used to love reading as a kid and I read all the Harry Potter books and more then I got to secondary school and stopped because of all the work and exams. Then at college I met a new friend who re introduced me to my love of reading.
I have just read the Hunger games series
The first book of The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare
and the first book of the Maze Runner series and I am now starting the second book, I then have to read the third book and prequel after that I will read the Gone series.
I know it says what book you're currently reading but I thought I give you a quick detail of my reading life.

WE DECIDED MY BEST INTEREST, how can you know, how can you say what MY BEST INTEREST is? What are you trying to say, I'm crazy? Well, I went to your schools, I went to your Churches, I went to your institutional learning facility, so how can you say that I'M crazy? (Suicidal Tendencies)

Pretty good so far, I'm also reading:
The neon burns a hole in the night, and the Freon burns a hole in the sky.
You can find my kind living right on the fault line, eyes on the seaside, lives on the B-side, kites on the power lines.

I'm reading Looking For Alaska- John Green
From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die

Wasted: a Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia. It's pretty good. If you want to understand eating disorders, I'd suggest you read it. But if you have an eating disorder, watch out. I'm finding it super triggering.
Out of the ashes I'm burning like a fire. You can save your apologies, you're nothing but a liar. I've got shame, I've got scars that I will never show. I'm a survivor in more ways than you know. 'Cause all the pain and the truth, I wear like a battle wound. So ashamed, so confused, I was broken and bruised. Now I'm a warrior.
