Chickened out and didn't end up ringing headspace and I listened to my mum. :/ I've seen over 20 different mental health professionals, why am I so scared about this?

I'm too scared to ring the headspace centre and ask if they have a psychiatrist, if I can make an appointment, I don't know who to ask for help- my psychologist seems like the obvious choice but...
