Naaah, both city and United are no good, right now. They need new managers. It's Begovic. Well from being first choice goal keeper for Stoke, to second choice for Chelsea, is better! Anybody would take it. He will get European competition exposure, plus he will be playing for the defending champions. Di Maria is good, but extremely prone to injuries.

Sterling is highly over rated. I have never been a fan of that guy. He falls at the slightest touch and cries foul even when he trips on his own feet. I love the sarcasm in your first line. Well Pelligrini isn't the best of managers, so this was bound to happen!

Well, United got Schweinstiger, so there's some good there. But they are bound to lose De Gea and probably Di Maria, so I guess that's got Van Gaal in panic mode. But like you said, even if he gets the best players on Earth to play for him, will they be able to come together and play like a team? Morgan Schneiderlin scored for United in the friendly, so I guess that's a good start for a new player. But Viktor Valdes and Van Gaal had an argument and Valdes is said to leave. Sergio Romero is rumored to be replacing him.
