I haven't started it yet this time, but the last time I did ECT it worked well for me and then the effects lasted two years. I'm studying Psychology! What are you studying?

It's snowing right now and I'm dead.
Grad school is okay! It's very different from undergrad. I'm not sure if I'm failing or not. It's fine.

ECT is electroconvulsive therapy. It's a shock to the brain that causes a seizure and somehow helps with mood. It's not barbaric like it was in One Who Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, if you've ever read that. I'm glad you're well, though! School is tiring. I'm glad I took a semester off.

I'm doing okay! Probably going back inpatient for ECT either before or after Christmas, but I still have to figure that all out. What about you?
