Hey! I'm doing alright thanks! How are you?

Thank you! It is from a movie called, "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" it is one of my favorite Christmas movies! I find it really lighthearted and funny.

That's good to here.

I have had some problems in school. I have been having panic attacks and dissociation. I am aloud to bring my dog but because it is raining my grandma won't let me.

So today was a really shitty day. I hardly got any sleep last night I think I was having night terrors but I don't remember them so I can't be sure. I have skipped two days of my pills because I keep forget to get them from my moms house. I went to my first class and everything was going wrong. My computer got messed up so it wasn't working right. I could still record the class, but I couldn't take note. I was so frustrated I ended up biting myself with out realizing it. I wasn't really paying attention in class i just couldn't for the life of me.

I had another class at 12:30 but I emailed my teacher and told her how I was struggling and she said I had to do what I had to do. If I couldn't come to class that was totally okay and she understood. So I went into class to give her the homework and told her I couldn't she said that was fine.

I ended up going to Britney the person that helps me a lot at school. I couldn't breathe, I was so shaky and I was a little dizzy. Anyways she walked up and down the hall with me because it was raining, She said that we needed a better plan because this stuff has been happening a lot. So she got someone else involved and I sat with her and talked. But then we decided I would see Stefanie who I have had a good connection with.

Right now I am doing a lot better. I am just waiting for the rainbow alliance meeting to start which starts at four and it is only 2:30 right now.

But besides from that I am doing pretty good in college. I have a tutor for psychology and she helps a lot. My teacher Stephanie also said she loves how I already know the stuff she is talking about and how I participate in class.

I am going to be doing a project for love your body week around body image or eating disorders. SO I think that would help me a lot.

How have you been? How's school going for you(I think you are still in college, I'm not quite sure.) I miss talking to you. I have to remember to stop by your page more often and just see how you are and catch up.
