Everything has been so busy! My supervisor is off work this week. She knows how EVERYTHING works and how it all needs done. Thing is, it's not written down anywhere, it's all in her head. She just knows it all.

This week hasn't been easy.
We've managed though. I've been able to get little things done that I've been putting off. Emailing some managers about incorrectly filled out forms so I can work out what they're supposed to say, chasing up some references...

It's half one in the afternoon and I'm already thinking about going back to bed. I'm so tired, it's no wonder I missed the no entry sign during my lesson and my instructor had to stop the car for me.

Work is going good. It's my job now to make reports on absence rates, as well as the gender and ages of all our staff. Those have been a disaster in themselves because of communications issues, but I think they're just about perfect. I'm just waiting for the chief exec. to okay them and then I have a template for all future ones, which is good because it drastically cuts down the amount of time it takes to make them.
