At last. No more revision, no more worrying, no more panicking and freaking out and stressing about forgetting things.
My exam was yesterday and, on balance, it wasn't too terrible. I was able to answer the terms with ease, and the two essays that came up were the ones that I had less detail prepared for but I managed to ramble on for 3-5 pages for each one so hopefully there's enough information there to get me some marks!

I had booked a doctor's appointment before the exam because I had the whole day off and it saved me from taking time off another day for the appointment. Unfortunately I've finally hit the point where I'm not able to avoid blood tests so that's what I'll be doing this morning. I'm feeling surprisingly calm about it considering how awful I am with needles. My stomach is letting me know very clearly how nervous IT is, but other than that I'm doing okay. I talked to a friend about it who told me it was okay and you barely feel anything, just don't look at the needle. That was really helpful and I feel a bit more at ease. I'm remembering the time I went to get my ears pierced on my own. They used needles then so I kept repeating part of a song I love over and over like a mantra.
I am grounded, I am humble, I am one with everything.

I'm nervous about the results but in a sort of 'I don't WANT to have this problem but I also want to know what's causing these issues' way. It'd be nice to feel like I'm not exaggerating or being dramatic.
When I told the doctor what I was thinking she was really good about it. I was half expecting a list of reasons why I was wrong. She didn't do that. She listened to my reasoning, explained more about what it would mean if I was right and what the next steps are.
So. I'm being tested for... inflammatory something or other. If that comes back positive then I'll be referred to rheumatology. If it's negative then that's a good thing, and we just wait for results of my lovely nail clippings that have to be sent for tests too. It was nice to be listened to and not discounted because I'm not a doctor and I got my theory from Google.
Fingers crossed that results for the exam and the blood tests are good!

I have this afternoon off work so I'm going to walk into the centre of town (about a mile), I'm going into Lush for some nice bath stuff, I'm going to have a browse around other shops I like, and I'm going to find somewhere to have a nice lunch and a cocktail. It's been a really stressful two weeks with the exam and lots of things happening at work, so relaxing is definitely on the menu!
Cocktails - bliss!
