4 and a half months without alcohol
5 months without marijuana 9 months and 1 week free from hard drugs To be honest i don't even think about drugs anymore, which is weird because they were such a big part of my life for quite a while. |

4 months without a drop of liquor
7 months since I smoked weed Can't remember the last time I took Acid, Cocaine, Shrooms and I'd like for it to stay that way. |

186 days without heroin or anyother opiate, except the few painkillers i have had here and there in the past 2 months.
I really think I am going to be able to stay clean this time. It sucks, and there will always be a hole in my heart, but im no longer broke. |

uhh off weed since early february
quite smoking december 14th and stopped popping pills about he same time  In this world of hate there has to be a light Be that light and spread some love Maybe this day the youth can make a difference, No more hate. -Christofer Drew days since i last SHed. |

Well, I've been sober all my life but I have helped someone stop drinking/smoking.
 The last time he drank was about 8 months ago. The last time he smoked pot was 7 months ago. I'm a house of cards in a hurricane.
A reckless ride in the pouring rain. He cuts me and the pain is all I wanna feel. He'll dance away just like a child. He drives me crazy, drives me wild. But I'm helpless when he smiles. He broke my heart when I broke his xbox360  Cherry Cherry Boom Boom |

I've been sober and everything, all my life
 And am keeping it that way (Straightedge).I'm helping a friend though, and I haven't talked to him lately because I haven't seen him, but the last time I checked, he was at 1 month

the longest i have stayed sober is 3 weeks and i have been off hash and e's for over a year, and off the poppers for 3 months.

I think everything is worn out now. Starting; RIGHT NOW (45 minutes) off of abusing prescriptions medications.

8 months off Alcohol
2 months off of pills (oxys, perscripton meds, over the counter cold/cough medicine, codene etc) 3 weeks off weed |

Yesterday I looked at this thread and I felt upset with myself because I didn't think I could put any sort of number down that would have been longer than a few minutes, hours, or days depending on the substance. I forgot that I had made it 21 days without abusing cocaine which may not seem like a big accomplishment to most but it is a big deal for me. I hope everyone is able to keep up with their good work.
