For complex words and stunning phrases I cannot create,
My pen flows to convey feelings of shame and apprehension,
Word vomiting my thoughts while praying to find someone who can relate,
My words are the only thing to keep my feelings under control,
If I share my poetry, it's in hopes that I both find and give support,
As well as expressing fears and dreams which soothes my soul,
My poems document my struggles, in case my life falls short.
