For those of you who haven't been following our Social Networking pages, this is what we've been posting about over the last month:

August 7th: BUSTED: Think the IUD is dangerous? Think again! Get the facts about the intrauterine device (IUD)....

Hi everyone. Again. Probably no one actually reads this, but I'm posting it anyways.

It four AM right now, and I can't sleep. Too many flash backs. Nightmares. Grr I'm a mess. Anyways, I wrote another poem. This one is called
Leave Me Alone

Is it ever going to end
I can't take these memories
Get out of my head
I can't stand the intrusion

To many memories
Too painful to think
Too hurtful to try and do anything...

I am hurting
In pain
Looking at a task blade
Wondering how I stay strong

I try to ignore it
Try not to give in
Try not to let it win
By how long...

I just wanted to share a poem I wrote today.

Its called Staying Strong:

Nothing is as it used to be
Nothing is as it seems
I used to be happy
Content
But I don't even know who I am anymore

Counting the days I stay clean...

Two...

I've learned over the course of high school that we go through the bad experiences so that after all that, we can finally live and experience the great,...

They say it's the hardships and struggles of life that contributes into shaping who you are. Time and time again, I've found that statement proven to be true. Although, it's difficult coping with such past experiences, especially when you let it get to you and bring you down to the darkest levels you never thought you were capable of undergoing. Let's begin.

It was after my freshmen year in high school had come to its end. It was the start of summer, and here I was thinking "What...
